PROJECTS
A Commendation from Herbie Hancock & UNESCO
To the President of Kult 360 Foundation, Eda Zari!
We are immensely proud to highlight a special recognition from the legendary Herbie Hancock - UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador and Chairman of the Thelonious Monk Institute of Jazz. In a personal letter addressed to our President, Eda Zari, Hancock expressed his deep gratitude for her 'steadfast support' and invaluable contributions to the International Jazz Day.
This commendation celebrates more than just a musical performance; it recognises Eda Zari’s leadership in using jazz as a tool to 'unify and empower the vulnerable in our society.' Being handpicked as a key partner by UNESCO and the Thelonious Monk Institute reinforces Kult 360’s standing as a premier institution for intercultural dialogue and social impact through the arts.

LUZATART CULTURE PROJECT
LuzatArt is a visionary residency program born from the strategic cooperation between Kult 360, Kalo Foundation, and Kalo Gallery. This partnership unites international expertise, institutional support, and artistic curation to redefine the cultural landscape of rural Albania.
By decentralising art from the capital and relocating it to the serene environment of Luzat, the residency creates a unique laboratory for regional and international exchange. The project hosts a curated selection of visual artists from Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Albania, who collaborate alongside music producers from Germany, Kult 360 Collective and the renowned AJS Trio.
Under the artistic aegis of Kalo Gallery and Eda Zari the residency focuses on the revitalisation of rural areas, proving that high-caliber art can act as a catalyst for social change outside of urban centers. Through this synergy of visual arts and music production, LuzatArt fosters a new model of cultural diplomacy, one that is rooted in the land but global in its vision.Eda Zari feat. A core component of the project is the mastery of Copyright and Intellectual Property, empowering the next generation of artists to navigate the digital industry and secure the rights to their own sound.
Led by: Mark Joggerst (Renowned Producer, Composer, and Pianist – Neon Media Prod., Cologne)
Participants: Bachelor Students from the Institute of Music and Media, Düsseldorf.

LITERARY VOICES / HEINE & PORADECI
This event brings together authors, artists, and publishers at Dukagjini Bookstore (Pristina) to explore the profound intersection of lyric poetry and musical composition. Focusing on the masterpieces of Lasgush Poradeci and Heinrich Heine, we delve into how their verses transcended the printed page to become enduring melodies.
Central to this discussion is the vinyl record, the physical archive that captured these poetic vibrations. From the German 'Lied' inspired by Heine to the rhythmic tremors of Lasgush’s Albanian verse, we examine the 'Climate of Civilization' that these two giants cultivated.
This is a gathering for those who appreciate the 'Slow Culture' of reading and the authentic warmth of analog sound.
Panel Speakers :Eda Zari: Renowned Artist and Music Producer.
Arbër Selmani: Acclaimed Author and Cultural Contributor.
Visar Kuçi: Violinist at the Kosovo Philharmonic and Multi-instrumentalist.
Eda Elbasani: Event Moderator, Tv Host, Cultural Consultant.

OPEN SPACES FOR LOST CULTURE
In a rapidly globalizing world where cultural nuances are often flattened by commercialism and digital noise, we present 'Open Spaces for Lost Culture.' This is not merely an event; it is a Reclamation Project. We are creating a physical and intellectual sanctuary for the 'lost' elements of our civilization: the slow rotation of a vinyl record, the depth of unhurried dinner-table philosophy, and art that exists for the sake of truth rather than propaganda.
By labeling these as 'Open Spaces,' we invite the community to inhabit a territory where heritage is not a museum piece, but a living, breathing 'climate' of values, whispers, and shared bottles of wine.
Featuring the Kult 360 Collective:
Eda Zari – Host & Concept Creator
Ardian Cerga – Actor & Author
Gent Rushi – Composer & Pianist
Eda Elbasani – Media Expert
Visuals: Ergys Shehu
Spirit: Shëndeverë Tirana & Muharrem Çobo
Event Format:
"An interactive performance and audience engagement experience."

NO TO CHEMICAL WASTE: THE ARTISTIC RESISTANCE
In one of the most significant environmental victories in the region, Eda Zari and Elina Duni led a massive artistic mobilization to block the importation of chemical and toxic waste into Albania.
This initiative, culminating in a historic 3,000-strong protest concert at Tirana's Pyramid, brought together 50 musical acts to demand a Chemical-Free Future. By leveraging the collective power of the Albanian diaspora and local artists, the movement successfully pressured the government to revoke the waste disposal legislation. This project remains a gold standard for Artistic Activism, proving that culture can effectively safeguard a nation's health and environmental integrity against industrial hazards.

JAZZ & WINE INTR. FESTIVAL ALBANIA EDITION I - BERAT
The Jazz & Wine International Festival Albania made its historic debut as a pioneering cultural movement, founded and envisioned by Eda Zari. It stands as the only festival of its kind in all Albanian-speaking territories, uniquely designed to intertwine the improvisational soul of Jazz with the refined art of winemaking and the preservation of national heritage.
Held on September 5th and 6th, 2014, in the UNESCO-protected city of Berat, this first edition established a new standard for high-quality cultural tourism. Under Eda Zari's creative direction, the festival brought together an elite lineup of performers from Germany, Israel, New Zealand, Austria, the UK, Albania, North Macedonia, and Kosovo, turning the ancient city into a cross-cultural crossroads.
The festival was hosted in Berat’s most prestigious historical landmarks:
The National Museum 'Onufri': Set within the medieval castle, where the iconic 16th-century iconography provided a spiritual atmosphere for the Jazz performances.
The National Ethnographic Museum: A magnificent three-century-old traditional building whose gardens served as the perfect setting for local wine tastings and interactive artistic dialogue.
This edition was more than a series of concerts; it was a sensory celebration. Attendees experienced the synergy of the warm Berat sun, local viticulture, and world-class music. By documenting the event through interviews with artists and sponsors, the festival ensured that this 'jazzed-up' end-of-summer experience would leave a lasting legacy in the Albanian cultural scene.
