One Year Of Cultural Impact
In its first year, Kult 360 Foundation has grown into a dynamic platform dedicated to empowering artists, preserving heritage, and building cultural bridges across the Western Balkans, the diaspora, and the international scene.
Driven by a vision of sustainable culture, community engagement, and artistic freedom, our core projects and initiatives include:
-
Art-Rights & Artist Protection: Advocating for legal literacy, copyright protection, and structural support for independent creators and the next generation of artists.
-
Sound & Heritage Library: Collecting, archiving, and digitizing traditional instruments and native soundscapes across Albanian regions to safeguard our collective auditory memory.
-
"TERMINAL: Vini Re, Vini Re" (Europe Week 2026) An audio-visual installation supported by the EU Delegation in Albania and Europe House, transforming the Shkodra and Bajza train stations into living archives of local railway history through international artistic collaborations.
-
Jazz & Wine International Festival Albania: The Western Balkans’ premier festival blending world-class jazz, wine culture, and culinary arts, held in overlooked heritage sites and historic landmarks.
-
Art & Culture Under Pressure: Utilizing artistic expression as a tool for environmental advocacy, raising awareness for the protection of wild rivers like the Vjosa, air quality, and natural heritage.
-
Research & Continuity ("NUSJA" & Beyond): Ongoing projects documenting oral history, traditional textiles, and endangered musical traditions through digital archiving and cross-border exchanges.

🏛️ Why was KULT 360 needed? When art refuses to stay silent
Let us lay it bare right from the start: we are here with the firm conviction that art and culture demand direct action, clear vision, and uncompromising commitment.
In a city often measured in square meters of concrete and noise density, the easiest path would have been to set up just "another foundation"- the predictable kind, housed in hermetic offices, producing bureaucratic paperwork destined for archives no one will ever read.
Yet the city and our society do not need more bureaucracy; they need a breath of fresh air and a new semantics.
We chose not to wait passively, but to take full responsibility. We hold the right tools in our hands, backed by a vibrant international network and a diaspora that works with vision, not vanity-genuine professionals who bring energy, expertise, and executive capacity.
We came together as a clear-eyed and dedicated collective: journalists, artists, historians, architects, and musicians. We dismantled the worn-out myth of the individual "Genius" to make way for a collaborative "Scenius"- a unified organism with a vigorous creative pulse, capable of generating lasting value.
While others settle for superficial facades, we focus where the need is real:
-
Reclaiming forgotten spaces: factories, train stations, industrial sites, and neglected theaters - turning them into vibrant centers of art, dialogue, and cultural resistance.
-
Giving voice to independent talent: speaking up for the artist creating in silence, for the unamplified voice, and for everyone overlooked by the commercial market.
-
Protecting heritage and rights: from copyright and artist status to the staunch preservation of our natural and cultural treasures.
-
Delivering unfiltered art and culture: not as mere background decor, but as a vital and living impulse within our monuments and historical memory.
We are who we are, unapologetically authentic in our vision. Yet our creative independence and direct approach are not an unwillingness to engage in dialogue, but an open invitation to a genuine, transparent partnership with a tangible, lasting impact on the community.
If the surrounding landscape is overwhelmed by noise and fleeting commercialism, we will continue doing what we do best: building bridges, safeguarding integrity, and creating true cultural value.
Cheers to endless fruitful milestones, KULT 360 Foundation!
